Dropoff

We're currently a home-operated business, so we've partnered with another local business, Mailbox Express to handle all dropoff and pickup of orders.

Please follow the packaging instructions below to prepare and drop off your media.

Packaging instructions

Place your media inside a box or bag and affix a label with "Flawless Media, #119" printed clearly on the outside.

Please include any pertinent contact information, like name, email, and (optionally) phone number. Placing the contact information inside the container is also okay.

It's recommended that you use a sturdy container and some internal padding, as most analog media is rather fragile and prone to breakage, even when moved short distances.

Dropoff location

Mailbox Express is located at the following address and is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm:

Pickup

After services have been rendered and payment has been received, your media will be returned to Mailbox Express. You'll receive an email notifying when everything is ready. You can pick up at your convenience, under your name.
